Disney’s Contemporary Resort is located on the Monorail loop just steps from the Magic Kingdom. With it’s super convenient location, ultra modern decor, delicious dining options and wide variety of available recreational activities, this is a popular choice for guests of all types.
Main Tower
The iconic A-frame Contemporary Tower is home to 500 resort rooms that are conveniently located just steps from the lobby, restaurants, shops and monorail station. The tower is bustling with activity, so if you don’t mind the potential for a little noise and enjoy easy access to amenities this is a great choice for you.
Rooms in the tower were refurbished in 2021 with decor inspired by Disney’s The Incredibles. Most rooms have either one King or two Queen beds along with a sofa that converts into a twin bed. The spacious rooms all have a balcony as well to enjoy the amazing views.
There are two different views available in the Main Tower. Water View rooms will overlook Bay Lake, the marina and pools. Theme Park view will provide you views of Magic Kingdom and the parking area.
There are also rooms available with Club Level access, as well as a few 14th floor luxury suites.

garden wing
A short walk from the main tower you will find the South Garden Wing. There are 250 rooms located here, and they have all been recently refurbished with the same Incredibles themed decor as the main tower. They also come with either 1 King or 2 Queen beds with a sofa that converts into a twin bed.
There are two views available in the Garden Wing. A Water view room will overlook the pools, marina or Bay Lake while a Resort view will give you views of the parking lot or buildings.
If you are on the first floor you will have a small patio area, while the second and third floors have what looks like a balcony but is actually just a sliding glass door with a railing in front of it.
There are also a few spacious 1-bedroom suites in the Garden Wing that are great for travelers who want more space to spread out.
bay lake tower
