A Deluxe Studio has 1 Queen bed and 1 Full size pull down sofa bed as well as a kitchenette and a balcony.
A 1 Bedroom Villa has a Master suite with a King bed and private bathroom along with a full kitchen, dining area, and living area with a Queen pull down bed and single pull down bed. They also include a washer & dryer and balcony.
A 2 Bedroom Villa has a Master suite with a King bed, a second bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a full kitchen dining area and living area with a Queen pull down bed and a single pull down bed. A washer & dryer in included as well as a private balcony.
If you need more space there are also 3 Bedroom Grand Villas that will accommodate up to 12 guests.
All of these room types are available as either Preferred or Standard, based on their location. The Preferred locations are Congress Park or The Springs close to the lobby and Disney Springs, while the Standard locations are The Carousel, The Paddock or The Grandstand.

Uniquely located in in the woods at Saratoga Springs the Treehouse Villas are 3 bedroom villas on stilts. There are 2 Queen beds, a bunk bed, a Queen size sleeper sofa and a single sleeper chair that will accommodate up to 9 guests. There is also a living area, dining area, full kitchen, washer & dryer, and deck with grill to make these Villas feel like a rustic home-away-from-home.
